Visa Stamping from UAE

Hello guys. Just want to ask and your response will be much appreciated. I am currently working here in Dubai and my employers keeps my passport. I have received my PPR letter and it is only valid for 30 days. I do not know what should I do. If I resign now, it will be 30 days to serve the notice period in my Company. My question would be, If I request for my passport and let it be stamped first then I will resign, would that be illegal just in case my employer sees the Canada Visa Stamp?

After resignation (Cancellation of your UAE Visa) u can still stay in UAE for 1 month, but I am not sure whether they need your passport for the cancellation of your visa - usually, they will stamp"cancelled" on your passport.check with your PR

Hello Everyone !!!

Kindly note I have submitted my passport to VFS and they had delivered it to Abu Dhabi for PR visa stamping on 24th Feb 2022.
Its been 27days since then I haven't received my passport or an update from either VFS or Canadian Embassy at Abu Dhabi.

Can this be considered as normal processing time for stamping the PR visa ???

Any comment will be a relief for me.

All went well and me and my family landed as a PR in Canada back in July 2022
