Visa rejection

Hello.
I am a student and planning to go to canada for studies. I've got visa rejection. The reason is " Family ties in Canada and country of residence ". My sister is in canada but as a student. What should I do

The reason is that the visa officer is not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay. You have shown that you have family ties in canada which makes it very intentional that you will not leave canada.
