I have seen many people got rejection due to family in Canada for student visa??

Should the student say i dnt have any family member like brother/sister etc or they have in their system??
If we lie what will happen?? Which answer is better??

Thanks

Don't lie. If you lie and are caught, you will be banned from entering Canada for two years. And even once that ban is over, you can forget about ever being approved for a work visa, student visa or tourist visa ever again.

Even if you're not caught when you apply for the student visa, this could create big problems for you later if you want to apply for PR.

If you have family in Canada, you need to declare them in the application. CIC has databases with all of this information.

i think you should not declare about your sister because the VO might be at point that you will not come back to ur home land............they cant get catch you because they dont have any record of your sister

i believe the form specificaly asks about ur sister/ brother etc so write everything truthfully. u can have lots of problem later....do not hide anything. moreover ur sister may have already declared u in her application and that could create problems for uif not for study visa but later for sure when u apply for PR as when u apply for PR they will do all the necessary checks. dont listen to stupid people who tell u to hide it......

I have spent four years in UK and my real sister was also there but i never declared about my Sister..........................double check with ur sister if she did not declare anything about u then you should go on without declaring ur sister name in study visa.............life is full of chances some consider it stupid some consider it success...................

Just don't LIE
