Hello,

I had applied for study permit and got rejection 2 times. Can I apply for 3rd time?
My profile:
Education Backgroud : Civil Engineering(completed in 2017 Jan)
IELTS : 6.5 bands in 2017 February
1st visa rejection : September 2017
2nd Rejection : December 2017
Course Applied: Civil Technician course(2 years)
College Offer letter : Seneca College under SPP Program

Really sorry to hear but you should not even have applied once with this program (Civil Technician). It is a College Diploma program (a diploma is considered to be lower ranked than a undergraduate degree) not a graduate program.

You have a undergraduate degree and you must get admission into a graduate certificate program which is a graduate level program.

Firstly, do you have any 5.5 in any band of IELTS?? Secondly, there are 10-15 Masters in Civil Engineering. Why didnt you go for those?? Just google for this and you will see plenty of universities offering this master degree. A Master's degree plus a good university will increase your chances for study permit. I applied for study visa for Commercial Pilot Licence course but my visa got rejected.

I haven't got any letter of explanation for rejection. However on CIC website it was mentioned that " we regret to inform you that you do not meet the eligibility requirements. Please see the final decision below" under "Review of eligibility" column. Furthermore " Final decision" column is blank.

My qualification is MBA, I have more than required funds in my savings account and Fixed deposits combined.

I am not able to understand the reason for rejection.

Please guide.
