I applied Sds study permit through an Indian consultant, I have provided my home address in india, all fee transactions,GIC transaction etc were made from my Indian savings account, also provided my Indian asset details and bank statements of Indian savings account but biometrics and medical done from uae.
Which visa office is it being processed at? Also you need to give your complete file information like age, choice of program, etc for being to give you suggestions?
Are you working in UAE? Did you mention your current presence in the UAE? Where did you mention it?

File lodged: May 12 ( Sds through Indian consultancy)
May 30: biometrics done ( from Dubai)
May 31: BVL received and medical passed( same date)
Status: Eligibility started reviewing
I believe in mysteries.... well its definitely not gonna work with the AUH VO's though i guess...
I jst thot what incase the gcms takes more than 30-40 days, so why not give it a chance.... what if they might study the case nicely this time n grant me...
I applied from Bahrain on 2nd March and got refusal letter on 9th May stating purpose of visit and home ties.
Applied again with different sop on 12th May one last time despite of the fact that another refusal is around the corner. Still awaiting results though.

It has been a while since you received BVL and their normal routine is to send refusal within 48 hours of BVL. You surely passed that time. Best of luck bro, seems that ppr will be made soon.

2)what address appears on the Biometrics letter ?(those who got the visa passed pls answer this)
3) For those who were working in GCC and later applied from India, can you tell me where do you think the visa was processed ?
