Visa rejected under spp!!!! Help

I had applied on 20nov and i got my passport back with a letter that visa has not been granted....

Reason!!
Proposed studies are lighter than your previous studies!!!!

I have completed my b.tech and hav applied to sheridan college
Electromechanical engineering technician-2years!! Ontario college diploma!!!

Y has this happend????
Other frnds got visa d same way!!
