I cant comment on that since you are based in India, I can only present a Pakistani perspective. However, I believe you should notarize everything in a very formal way. Please let us know what specific document has been found non-authantic.

That means your documents arent notarized..! Get all your documents notarized expect medicals and then apply again and also prepare a strong SOP of your profile its like a mandatory document which VO considers mainly to review your profile

Notarization is not mandatory for Indian students if the certificates are in English OR French! If you all have read her one text, it clearly says she notarized her education documents. I think rather than just sticking to what consultants impose on the students, it's better if we hv a clear picture of where the problem lies. Notarization is a very petty issue. Even students with notarized documents are rejected on the reasons of lack of authenticity and this I am saying on the basis of the comments from this very forum.
@Arathi, the offer letter you received from your University , does it have any conditional offer? Or your LOA , is it on a proper Institution Letter head with all the required institution details?
Ohk. At times the authenticity may also be a reason when upon cross checking with the Univ of admit , they find some conditions for acceptance which you may hv not mentioned in your application.
Another possibility could be the gaps you may have mentioned in your student questionnaire. Since you said that some qualifications you didn't submit which you may have mentioned in the gap of the questionnaire form and considering SPP requires each and every education document(In my knowledge), with the absence of these docs you were probably not able to prove your qualification which led to showing your qualification as unauthentic! Its a guess and nothing more can we do.
SOP also i dont think is an issue. Anyway, you may send me a draft and I'll see it. Don't worry..it may not be the first time for everyone!
I completely agree with aparna.bhardwaj ....attaching SOP or notarizing documents is not going to solve ur case. u first need to find out what documents u attached that were not authentic. Did u attach any fake experience letters/volunteer letters? is ur college where u completed ur education recognized? need more details to understand case
