10th 81, 12th 83, btech mechanical engineering 58 with 5 backlogs, ielts 7 (7.5 7 7 6.5)
ask for CAIPS note you will get the real reason for the rejection.

ya get ur file, coz ur marks seems to be good. but u didnt mention in which course u applied?
Also look into ur financial file also.
