Visa Refused for Winter 2013 - Should I Apply Again? Please suggest

I am confused.....do we need a 16 yrs of education for direct admission for graduation???

No only 12 years of education is required. He meant to say is first do the gradutaion and then apply for masters.

I have received my file today. Here are notes from the Visa officer:

"Has completed his bachelor in 2004 in science. No formal studies since then. Currently working. 8 years gap in studies. Unclear why he wants to go back to school after this long period. Only 1 semester paid"

I am currently pursuing BA from IGNOU which I will complete in 2014. Should I apply for a Graduate program after completing my BA? Do you guys think they will give me Visa if I complete my Graduation here and apply for a Post Grad program?

Any suggestion guys?

THIS IS A VERY EASY REASON TO REMOVE. APPLY AGAIN MAKE A STRONG SOP WITH GOOD EXPLANATION THAT WHY YOU WANT TO START YOUR EDUCATION AGAIN AFTER SUCH A LONG TIME . AND PUT THAT SOP ON THE TOP OF YOUR APPLICATION WITH CAIPS
