My visa application was refused . What should I do now ?

I have applied for B.Sc major in Computer Science in university of prince Edward island for fall 2018 . Today I checked my application status in cic website that "Review of eligibility : We regret to inform you that you do not meet the eligibility requirements. Please see the final decision below. "
I am confused why they refused ?
I have good academic qualification with 6.5 in IELTS ( reading 5.5) . And currently studying in B.sc (Hons) in Chemistry . Is it for my current study program I am refused ?

your proposed study is not relevant and also, u have low band score in reading, it is so mandatory to have gud score in reading and writing for undergraduate courses so, improve ur band score and take relevant course.thanks

Check msg in ur account they will give u information about ur refusal reason in it

Change your program. You background is in Chemistry. You cant just suddenly decide to study computer science. I would suggest find a program like a PG in chemistry or anything related to chemistry. Dont apply again with this program. Also, try appearing for IELTS again and score a minimum of 6 in each band.
