Visa refusal due to course relevancy

Hello everybody
I hold bachelors economics (delhi university) -2013 -2016
Masters of professional accounting , melbourne 2017-2019
Employed as financial analyst since dec2019-present

Applied for business analytics(pgdm) in canada got refusal
Now I am applying to financial planning and wealth management (ontario graduate certificate )
What are my visa chances?
If yes how can I go about it in app to explain my course change

Low chance. You already have Master's from Australia. It doesn't make sense unless your goal is to immigrate.

Whether they mention it on not, the Visa Officer would be aware of this from her previous application. They don't NEED to, as it's not a requirement but not mentioning why you are changing course/DLI from one application to the next, will not bode well for them.
