I am a Kenyan citizen, I had applied for a study permit but was declined. kindly help me reapply my visa. the grounds for refusal were; travel history, the purpose of visit, family ties and financial support. I would appreciate if you guide me through this since my intake is September and am running short of time.

Offline or online?

You should have enough for 1 year tuition + 10,000 + 3-5000 CAD.

Did you submit a study plan? Is your program related to your past studies/experience? How did you show ties to your home country that show you will come back after graduating?
If you applied online go to the offline application page and check the required documents, offline application usually has better explanation of requirements even if you apply online check it out.
