Visa refusal

Hello, i got a refusal for my visa application as per section 216(1) of IRPR based on my assets and financial status. My admission is for January intake 2019 so now i am transferring it to September 2019 and will reapply. Any advices regarding SOP and showing income please tell me because i don't want refusal again.
Course - business administration accounting (adv. Diploma)
College - confederation college Thunder bay
Going after 12th commerce cleared in 2018

I applied on 28th of novemNov and my file was received at 29th November VO. It was delayed in applying because i got gic certificate after 20 days of transferring amount in Scotia bank. I applied offline.

13th November i got refusal msg at cic. I applied through sds and offline application.
