Visa Received. seminars to attend (PHILIPPINES)

So finally, our visa was sent to us. It comes with our Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CPR) and some other papers telling us what to do next. however, it says there that we need to attend some seminars like Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP), Canadian Orientation Abroad (COA) and PDOS. Is it required to attend that CIIP and COA? As far as Im concerned, PDOS is really required but I have no idea about the other two. Someone tell me about these please? THANKS
