Visa Possibility because of institution and Work Permit issue

I have got Offer letter of Memorial University and Also ICM where i will go to university of Manitoba from 2nd year.
If i choose ICM will it affect visa possibility. Lately a lot of International Students choosing ICM where after one year foundation course one can easily go to 2nd year to university.
is there any work permit issue in ICM ? as far the new rules from the Government if i have a valid study permit it will be counted as a valid work permit ? Also in ICM they will give me visa for around 1.5 years. So will there be any problem to renew visa letter when i will be in university ?

I have got entrance scholarship from memorial university. Will it increase the visa possibility ? So, Is it safe to choose Memorial University ?

Not sure what else you're looking for. ICM is a garbage school that's going to be a waste of your money. Go with Memorial.

Ultimately your choice.

Oh i haven't seen that as lots of new posts coming right now.. Sorry...So you r saying memorial will be the best choice.

But lots of students going in ICM as they say it's helpful for their study. Personally My interests is in more on Memorial University. But I heard a lot of people got rejected for visa for Memorial University.
