My PN certificate has been sent to the visa office before 1 Dec2012 and was advised to check the visa office website for updates. I checked today but couldn't find the check list Appendix. I could only find the new check list requested by (CIO) in Sydney. I am wondering if I have to follow the new check list! It contains new forms like Supplementary Information and Fee payment and it should be sent to Sydney. Do I have to use this check list for the visa office or just follow the old instructions? Really need your assistance...
