VISA ISSUED IN RIYADH, PLAN TO EXIT FROM RIYADH AND TRANSIT FROM PHILIPPINES TO CANADA

Hi to all!! if TRV for TFW has been issued from Riyadh, is it mandatory to transit directly from Riyadh to Canada? Or is it possible to opt for final exit from Riyadh then entry to Canada will be from Philippines? is there any additional process to settle if transit from Philippines? Need help for this matter...thanks!

You can travel to Canada from any country you desire. No additional process is required. Good luck!

Thanks for ur warm reply! I just need to confirm because I heard from others if u will transit from Philippines u might need to provide a copy of ur contract to the embassy of Phil’s. To Canada so that an OEC will be given prior travel

It’s difficult to go to Canada from Philippines. You might not get OEC because there’s a ban on direct hire on worker visa. But if your just visiting Canada as visitors no need OEC.

How accurate are you Sir wsongco? Is that the current trend now in Philippines? Have u known one who failed to process OEC from Philippines recently?
