I have a few questions for a visa consultant if u have an answer to them that would be great:
Question 1: I applied my study permit and its in the process, if my status changed from single to married after the permit has been issued and before going to canada, what should I do taking into consideration that she (my girlfriend) will apply for a spouse TRV or OWP later on.
Question 2: if a girl applied for a study permit and was refused, later on got married to a student in Canada, can she reapply for a spouse TRV and be accepted or the first refusal will affect negatively her application.
