You didn't justify enough to them that you will leave Canada after your study. As a temporary resident visa holder, you're obligated to leave Canada after studies unless you have another reason and permission to stay.

So you need to talk about your career plans of returning to Nigeria after your studies to work with some reputable companies in your specialisation, and how you will apply the expertise you have acquired in Canada in order to contribute positively to your community, training upcoming colleagues and, further more drive economic growth in your home country and others.

You need to talk about how studying in Canada will equip you with the adequate training that you need to grow and succeed in your career. Let them know that the curriculum which is being offered by this particular program, is high beneficial for your career development and is your specific field of interest.

Let them know that you have a beloved family in Nigeria that needs your attention, presence and care and you will return back to them after the end of your studies.

2. For as financial status, I know that living expenses is $10000 and you submitted $13000, how much is left for your annual tuition and transportation cost to and fro Canada after your studies. You are expected to show proof that you can be able to cover these and some miscellaneous. If you don't prove that they may think you won't leave Canada after studies. So if it us possible increase the money.

As for the personal asset, if you or your family member have property you can submit to them.

Nobody comes to Canada to study project management. The credentials you would be looking for can be got by studying online at Coursera.
Find another program, and enough money to show you have tuition fees and money for living for the entire duration of the program.

In my case Purpose of Visit, was a missing transcript and also VO had not understood why I wanted to do the masters as I had not written a SOP.
So as suggested above, please apply for GCMS notes, takes 30-40 days for it to come and then address the concerns.
Had I not and applied again, I wouldn't have once again attached a transcript.
