I applied for my permit online, on the 23rd of July and still haven't received any updates. I'm worried, since my semester starts on the 4th of September. Hoping that I make it on time. I've been admitted to McGill University and have an IELTS of 8.5.

perhaps it isn't a great idea to apply with the family. Is there any recourse in such a situation? Have you tried calling or mailing the cic?

I applied on 23 may 2018 and my application is still in progress. classes starts on 4th sept 218. I wrote a mail to CIC and got a reply that my application is in process and when processing is complete they will send me a message. Is not easy here too.

Applied in may 22nd and passed medicals on 27th of June . Up till now I've been waiting for passport request mail , I haven't seen any update since then . I applied online for master programme. Did you pass your medicals and is it online or offline applications
