Hi, I am new on this forum... i want to apply for student visa for Sep intake. Can anyone guide me and answers the following questions:
1- How to apply (is it through CIC online)
2- Medical upfront or after getting request?
3- Bio metric upfront or after getting request? Is it for main applicant or spouse open work permit too?
3- How much amount we need to show (1st Year Tuition Fee + CAD 10,000)?
4- What documents need to submit online at the time of submission i.e. Passport, photos, Bank statements etc
5- Is it good to apply for Spouse open Work permit at the same time)?
6- What documents needed for Spouse work permit?
7- .share with me any document which shows purpose of study and shows strong ties with Pakistan
8- Interview is compulsory or it depends on case to case basis?
I appliedat concordia university of edmonton for missm program. I submitted my file on 29/3/2018 at chandigarh VFS ,still no response from canadian embassy. My case was for may intake CUE even didn't extended nor they deferred me. Fees which i paid for pre registration(holding seat) is non refundable. I paid 2500 CAD. Every single penny of my parents in vain. This is what i got in reply from CUE when i asked for extension.

May 8, 2018 is the last day to arrive on campus with your study permit and passport. After such date, if we have not received these documents in person, your application will be closed.
I would advise to apply for the next available term of Winter 2019. The deadline to apply with fee is June 1, 2018. Please note that acceptance into one term does not guarantee acceptance into another.

I have offer letter from carleton university in Meng for fall. I had been been advised by my counsellor ( IDP chandigarh )that in such scenario i can change my university once i get the visa. I don't need to apply again. ADVISE IS WELCOME FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE KNOWLEDGE REGARDING THIS.

I applied on 19th march for student visa. Still it shows processing.....
My class begins on 3rd may. Iam afraid about the delay of visa.

Each and every person who kept the file for may intake.. Had been postponed to give visa within 30 days.. We all will get the visa exavtly after 45 days of keeping file coz.. In embassy.. In this intake there are 50k file kept in march.. And thats what the reason is ..tht we ain't getting vis
