Visa for 2018 may intake and offer letter

Hi , I wanted to ask , after applying online , when do we get to know where the application has been sent ?
Do we get notification ? How long it takes ?

I applied for study permit online on 22nd Feb .
Just got UCI number updated nothing more .

10th 68%
12th 65%
B.E (mechanical) 59% (7 backlogs) cleared all subjects in the very next attempt
And I have completed my bachelor's degree in the year 2017.
Now, I'm planning for project management course
My IELTS Score:
Overall 6.5
L 7.5
R 6
W 6
S 6
Will there be any issue while filling a visa application or any probability of visa rejection?

And I just wanted to know timeline , like when do things change .
Some applied online and got confirmation message after 16 days that Delhi Embassy is processing the application .
I wonder why 16 days since we are applying online it should be quick to get atleast processing message .
