Dear Sir/Madam
Any changes will come regarding to student visa will come or not.
I heared about sds program launch in india for sep 2018 intake .Is it true or not.

yup i also heard about this but it is not officially establish.
Well there is 99% probability that rules will change
earlier files were accessed under SPP(Student Partner Ship Program) for 47 Colleges.
Now SDS is coming(Study Direct Stream)
in which 6 bands is required on overall basis not less than 6 in each module.
earlier it was 6 not less than 5.5.
Well GIC will be compulsory(it was in SPP too)
and 1 year fee will be paid earlier students used to pay for 1 sem fee.
These are rules coming in SDS.

Actually I got refused from u of Winnipeg
I was having 6.5 bands and 5 in reading
