Hi even I got refusal and my consultant said that it's because wen we link the application online and the department changes and that application is handled by someone else so u should not have linked the application. But I consider to be just a blame game.

Wats was ur profile? And wat u are gonna do now the next steps?

linking your application online has nothing to do with refusal ,almost everybody in here does it.
But, I am sorry to hear the results, what were the reasons?

Got to know the reason today shall I go for CAPS notes and apply in next intake or apply in general this intake with a much stronger SOP and adding some supporting docs ITR and all. BTW the reason was,

“Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans"

Me too get same reason for refusal, i am going to take a new program which related to nursing and reapply.

Graduation & HSC: Bachelor in Management (Marketing) BMS from Mumbai University (Both in 1st class)
IELTS: 6.5 Band
Work Experience: 6 years in sales
GIC: Paid
1st Semester Fees: Paid
Fund: 20 lac bank loan + mother-in-law FD of 3.5 Lac+ my for 16 + my husband IT return (All in India)
Applied Course: PG in International Business Management from Lambton college, January 2017 intake
All experience documents submitted with SOP.

Can anyone please guide me on what should I do next in order to get visa?
Will re-applying with different course will help- say Marketing Management and Professional Sales?
