Visa Application forms

There are only three forms to be filled out.

1. Main Application form
2. Family composition form
3. Checklist form where you have to tick next to several items that I am sending e.g visa application fee reciept, passport etc

Just double confirm me if there is anything missing as far as application forms are concerned.

There are other forms too. Every thing is written in study permit Instructions, if it applies on you then you have to fill that form.

Temporary resident visa form as well

Custodianship form if you're a minor

and a statuatory declaration if you're married

Im an adult, single etc ........let me have a look at TRV form....the other two forms do not apply to me
