Can we apply admission and visa on two different ielts

For example get offer letter on 6.5 ielts with 5.5 band in one module

Second condition apply visa on another ielts which is 6 each in all module so can go for sds category

Is there any problem or visa officer will know that you get an offer letter on different ielts
