Overall 6.5 but 5.5 in one module

I refused twice in 2020 on the basis on my previous ielts score that was 6/5.5 in one module and now i hv 6.5/ 5.5 in one module . Now i planing for january 2021 so now can i get my visa ?.
Please help with your experience

You still haven't solved the problem and you want to reapply. You were refused twice because of 5.5 in one module and not your overall score. So, kindly retake IELTS and get at least 6 in all modules, then reapply.
