You still haven’t clarified whether this child was removed from their parents and was in foster care, girl’s home, etc. Are the parents involved in the child’s life and have been actively parenting the child? Do they have serious medical issues that make them unable to parent? Who is the child currently living with?

You don’t seem to believe me. I would research adoption of convenience and consult with a Canadian immigration lawyer about sponsoring your niece from the Philippines that you have adopted although her parents are alive and whether you can sponsor her to come to Canada to get PR.

My sister daughter. Parents are still alive. All endorsement papers are approved. We have provincial approval also. We only need visa to get her. And we don’t know what visa we should apply.

Oh we got provincial approval already. And the case is between family services in here through inter country adoption board. We did a legal process in here. Lots of people do that.

If you’re so sure of the process & that lots of people do it , ask them what type of visa you should apply for if so many people have done this and been approved
