Did u call the help centre.... u might want to call them and ask if they mailed it it not

I did. They mailed it on 31st Aug. But no way to track.

my test was in late Jan 2020. I had applied in Feb 2019.

Next day, had my oath on 17 sept, status changed to complete 18

Pre-registration formalities with citizenship clerk (verifying your details, showing your PR cards etc) -15mins
Oath administration by Judge - 30mins
Post-oath formalities (cutting up your PR cards, Q&A etc)- 15min

Total - 60mins
