Still nothing. Does your photo in pr portal appear black and white or coloured. Mine was coloured but turned black and white by itself

Yes absolutely I will. Hope you get it soon too. However, I emailed them yesterday that I have submitted the required info on the pr portal. Just in case they backlogged it somehow cuz there are alot of cases.

Please do the same once you get your ecopr. I know how stressful it is. Waiting is not a problem but uncertainty is because some people just got it in a day.

Yes I know. And even when I call, they don’t know much there cuz they have a different unit. I called many times since last week.

Its the same email from where they asked you for your info to create the portal account. But trust me it doesn’t matter. All we can do is wait. Thats all. People are so lucky that they got it in 1 day.
