First I would like to thank everyone in the forum and wish everyone the best of luck. For anyone who is waiting for PR card several months after receiving ECOPR and there are no updates, Here is the tip: Forward your latest portal email to [email protected] with your name, UCI, case number etc, and ask them what's the timeline. SInce the office timeline is 60 days. so if you dont receive any updates after 2 months, send this email and ideally you will receive an update within 48hrs. It worked for me twice, the first time I sent the email, I was notified I need to change the size the photo in 2 days. The second time I retook the pic and sent the request again, and it was approved within 2 days. I wish best luck for everyone

How have you tried contacting them? I have tried calling and email. The agents I’ve spoken with on the phone tell me everything looks good it’s just a matter of time. I’ve emailed three different times and haven’t gotten anything back other than the automatic message. I’m only at 24 days. Hopefully you get yours soon.

In Canada declaration made on Nov 6 2021 with photo and address. Still waiting for a eCoPR. Have called multiple times and email everyday. Can't even get an email response.

Yes I know some people are waiting longer than I have. I'm just frustrated with the process. Seems to be no reason why some are getting them a day after uploading everything. We are the point that the application has already been approved. How much is it really to accept that the applicant is in Canada when they declare? I need the eCoPR so I can get a SIN for a job I have waiting for me. Just not sure what the hold up is. I could see if the applications weren't already approved but by the time we get to the PR portal they are. I understand PR cards taking longer but an electronic document shouldn't take this long for anyone. Thanks for letting me vent.

Yes I can understand they just have to hit one button to send it. We are already approved don’t know what’s taking them so long. Timeline should be same for everyone after approval but some are getting ecopr within same day and others not even after month
