Did you submit webform to ask why it takes so long like that ? Why someone from BC or other some provinces only takes two days to get Ecopr. What is the rule of IRCC ? Just luck or not ?

Sept 12th got the same email, replied again same day.

If its taking more than a week, you should sent in a webform or email them.
yes just luck. If your officer wants to finish your application he will, if he wants to go to Starbucks and sit and chill there he will do that instead of finalizing our applications

Your case is so quick. Would you please let us know which office sent the portal email to you ? Mine is from virtual landing unit, no exact office location. How about yours ?
Just got credentials. I replied to their reminder email sent on Sunday this morning tho
