Hello,
I called IRCC today and they said to wait, even though, my application is approved, then same is in a queue to finalize and receive the second email for the credentials. I don't know how long...
Appli cation approved in Jun 2, 2021.
First e-mail. July 8, 2021.
Second email. Still waiting.....

Did you try replying to the "first email" again? I've heard that sometimes it works!

I call and open a web form almost every week only to get a generic response that they have everything they need and working on my file.
