I'm happy to see that applicants whose files were transfered to Vienna in December started receiving Pre-Arrival. That's good news because mine was transfered near the end of January!
Hey guys still no PPR today my husband and I were waiting so restlessly over the weekend, and we both made alarms like every 2 hours over the night to wake up and check emails/ the online account lol.
I’m not sure why it’s taking them so long to ask for it as it seems that all the other steps were done..

We received PPR and my husband sent his passport on Friday, it now says that the passport was received and is being processed in Vienna. My question is, when my husband logs on to his gc key account under the optional documents section it asks for a replacement for client information. Does anyone know what this is or are they just referring to the passport and additional documents he sent along with his passport?

Yes we sent all of that with the passport. They requested these documents the same day they sent my husbands passport request letter. Im thinking maybe they gave us the option of either sending it along with the passport or uploading it via gc key.
I'm not at that stage yet but I want to be prepared in advance just in case:
About the receipt proving the fees were paid, I'm assuming you're talking about the Sponsorship and Permanent Resident Application Fee Right of Permanent Residence Fee, correct? If I already included that receipt with my application, will they still ask for it?
Whose address to they need to confirm, PA or SP and why? And can I see a sample of your cover letter confirming address please?
My Spouse already included 2 photos when we sent our application, however they were taken in June. Does that mean they will ask her to send new ones?...

Hey! So Yes those are the fees they are referring to, It doesn’t specify what to do if you already included them so I just had my husband print out the receipt anyway. As far as the address goes, it is to confirm that the address for the applicant is still matching what is on the application. I dont know why they need it, I am assuming it is to do with sending the passport back (Athough this wont apply if you are sending it through a VAC, I will still send it, its just a very quick letter...) As far as photos go, it does say that if your photos are 6 months or older you need to take new photos, apprently some people did not take new ones, but again, I would take new ones. My husband took new ones last week, so that when the time comes everything is ready, As long as they are newer than 6 months it’s fine
