We had updates on the account, pre arrival services sent on jan 5. Also the PPR was sent to the online account not email. Hopefully yours isnt too much longer, Vienna is just super super slow its unbelievable.. i think they're severely understaffed.

VO have asked me to send them my interview transcripts with BFA but they needed them translated to English language .
I have asked for the cost of the translation and it is very very expensive to translate them paper's here in Vienna as they will cost 600€ comparing if i translate them in Turkey they will cost me around 150€.
The question here is does it matter the location of the translator??
Can i translate them in Turkey & send them back to VO?? Is it okey to do that??

Please tell me what i should do in this situation as am totally confused.

I think you can, just need to make sure its a certified translator.
