Apparently Vienna doesn't send out an AOR2. Next time you will hear from them will either be a documents request, interview or COPR basically.

Not necessarily 3 months, I think we were lucky enough to catch the summer vacation.

Yes! Visa expiry date is the exact day the medicals expired.

Hi,

I have my husband's sponsorship application in process at Vienna Office.
We received Letter of Fairness in June 28 and forwarded them all the necessary documents. My husband's medical expired in mid-July. We haven't received any correspondence from them regarding the new medical examination of the assessment itself.

Any thoughts how long they might take? I submitted my application in Dec 2015 and received approval as sponsor on March 7 2016.

Nothing here either. I don't even know if my application ever arrived there or got lost in the mail. And I don't think I have a way to find out at all since without AOR2 I don't have a UCI I could give them to identify me...

They can identify you by the application number that was in the AOR1 as far as I know.

Since you're 2 months ahead of me, I'd really appreciate if you could update whenever you hear something from Vienna. Shouldn't be too much longer for you.

In fact, we had a little chitchat with Vienna twice.
First they requested CSQ (because CIC didn't bother to send me SA for 2 months and I needed to call them and asked for it in order to apply for CSQ), second we asked them did they received it after 2 months of silence.
So they were so kind to answer us they've got it and we have to wait indefinite time while our application is under process.

Kathi2, why don't you request GCMS notes? Did you receive your SA and file number?

Guys, you should be able to see some progress so far if you link your applications to MyCIC... or just order notes. It gives a very detailed information.
