Yes, you would need to change your address in your file to the Canadian one.

Thanks to everyone who wish me luck and safe flight finally i arrieved in calgary it was nice place and in airport i meet immigration who is origin from india but working for Immigration take my land paper and sign and tell me what i should do this one was in toronto on my way to calgary. So he told me my PR Card will be mailed to my address in Calgary arround 6weeks finally Good luck everybody Canada is beautiful country !!!!

No email but I wanted to log into Ecas after two weeks or so but I can't:

I double-checked everything several times but it's not working. Weird...

Still can't log into Ecas :'( I wonder what's wrong. Haven't checked my status in about 3-4 weeks. Not that I expect any changes but I want my login to work anyways...

Hello everybody, me and my husband are also going through Vienna. On February 14th it will already be 1 year that they have our application. I recently got the gcms notes and next to criminality chech and eligibility check it says "not started". I am getting depressed. Does anyone have an idea how much longer it can take? My husband wasn't in any war or anything he was just going through the mandatory millitary service. We are both from Slovakia. My next question would be, as a sponsor and Canadian citizen can I go to Canada to look for a job and wait until my husband gets his PR and then joins me? I appreciate all your help! Thanks a lot!!! Hi Linda - I think that you going to Canada would be a good start for your move to Canada - Since you have been waiting for a year I can only assume he will be able to join you very soon.. I did the same - went to Canada on my own to look for a job while my husband was back home..

I just checked my husband’s status on e cas and they have added a line saying that the application is in process. Can anyone tell me how long they waited after seeing this is e cas?

I tried it again. With my file number, then UCI number, in the end with the receipt number. Still doesn't work. I sent an email to CIC. Let's see what they say. You applied 8 days before me and your file is in process (congrats) so I hope they are working on mine, too... ;-)

Yes - our processing times are very close! I’m just not sure how long we will have to wait during the In process mode

If you are in Canada i would also try calling CIC to see why you cant log in...

Ok so i was asked for additional docs last week, and my documents according to the tracking number have reached vienna last thursday. Should i contact vienna to see if theyve received them? Also how long should i expect the wait time to be after doc request. Ive been waiting almost a year and they just asked for proof of relationship. Also my husbands passport expires in April, should i remind them??

I am new to this forum, and am just wondering.. are most of you submitting your applications within canada ( i.e. spouse was on a visa or came for a visit and you got married) I heard that it takes much longer to be processed if both people are in Canada and the application is submitted... Your waiting times are VERY depressing.. I know many people who sponsored spouses and they came to canada about 5-6 months later.. I have been waiting almost 5 months now and have not heard anything. Im getting worried now. .
