My husband dont have any criminal too, embassy having all the documets, i know when i talked to MP last week, they told me nothing to redo , leave it like it is , and asked them , if i making any problem if i am going to email them again , and they told me nothing is going to make proble, you just want to know what is going own in your file, after having the interveiw, and evrything in the embassy

This month they should make update for processing time. They make quarterly update and I hope this time they won't increase the time. When I sent the documents was 8 months, then increase to 9 and on 24 "October 2012 they increase to 10 months.

When i asked them , how long we have to wait they told me is aproximtaley 8 months even the quarter is updated to 10 months... i hope soon we are going to release this stress.

Lets hope , but sometimes i have feling that they will ask for the medical to redo , but i heard if we have to redo the medical is not going to take forevee FROM THEM to respond us back, because we are in checklist backround from October . and evrything is almost done .

Sure they said that we have to wait until over passed the statistics, but they never mention that many cases are done and solve after 3 weeks in the VO.
Why is so different the treatment for similar cases?

i dont know why is taking forever for the VO to get the respond,. i am so pissed off, for evrything , here at work , is crazy , and embassy is stressing me more. i just want to cry . hope to hear some good news soon

basically to avoid a re-medical, the medical cannot be older than 15 months and even then it's at the discretion of a medical examiner....so i'm not surprised that they're still issuing new requests for medicals after a year..
yes, I was surprised as well when they asked for remedical, I had hoped they would extend them, would have saved us 300 bucks and a chest X-ray, but well, I guess it is procedure in Vienna, nothing we can do about it.
