In the passport request letter they require a “covering letter” that states no change in address. Does this have to be a formal letter? Does anyone have an example of theirs??

When logging into GC KEY my spouse noticed that there is a request under optional documents to submit “client information” It says there is a replacement needed. We received passport request yesterday and in the letter is states to send a confirmation of address with the passport as well as two photos, copy of receipt and the first page of the request letter. Does this need to be uploaded via gc key account or can we send the physical documents with my spouses passport? Does anyone know?
One more question.. When sending passport photos are you supposed to sign the back of both or just one? The website says one but I’m wondering if my spouse should sign both just in case?
I recive today request of passport from vienna immigration but they asking me to send my passport with 2 photos and payment of passport transmission to visa application centre
but the location is out of country in germany düsseldorf i have to private corrier it i was wondering why not in vienna visa embassy office not requering these all documents

The information cannot be uploaded through the GC key, it must be mailed. If you have a VAC in your area you can send it directly through them to Vienna. In Kosovo it costs around 60-70 euros as it is couriered. I heard you can get it back in around 5 business days
