Hi. Well we called several times to Mississauga few times - same answer - we updating our system therefore you experience technical issues (ecas, mycic)...And on top none of agents could tell any info (app#, UCI...etc.)
So we were advised to be patient and wait - as no news probably good news

(I disagree however)
And I am very creative

I tried so many combinations already ....I think it just not in the system for whatever reason. Also was thinking to write to VO and ask about app...but I just dont want to irritate them and delay my app
So hopefully you will hear some good news really soon!
