He can, in theory, but they can refuse him the visa, which means you just spend money on nothing. If money is not an issue, you can always try, but I've seen on the forum that many people got refused. For a visitor visa he has to demonstrate strong ties to his home country (work, rent etc).

I asume Its better just to wait ..but i went for visit for 3 weeks and now its harderr ..i feel the depresion ..so muchh stresss and sadness

Hi Valmiri,I have the same opinion,your husband can apply for visitors visa but he can be refused,that happend to me,last christmas I have applied for visa but I got refused so I just have waist the money and I was so disappointed

Can a miracle happen from Vienna so they can approve someone's application within 5 months or 6 ?

Hi I have applied to sponser my husband from Kosovo and my file has been sent to Vienna on May 13 I got approved to be a sponsor on May 5 and I applied February 23 2015. I was wondering is my application going to take 16 months now or is there any hope it might be sooner. Someone please help

The reason from Vienna office it was that I dont have enough ties with my hometown,Kosovo94 and Valmiri my application is in Vienna since august last year and still nothing ,so I am thinking (maybe I am wrong)but everything is more difficult for people from Kosova

My application is in Vienna from July last year so i guess is hard for people from Macedonia too ??

Lol, it took me almost a year to get an approval. They don't really like Bosnia, either?

Im more worried right now
I think it all depends who's that person that checks the application it all depends in whose hands our applications are..and as well how complicated are they ..

Hopefully everybody gets approved as soon as possible because this is very sad and stressful.

So i guess processing times for family class is 17 months and they must answer me until October. I am still thinking positive and i am very excited about it

I have received letter in which they say that they received the documents and i am on a queue for review. I dont want to wait 17 months too but.. its been 12 already so.. i can wait 5 more i guess
