Actually they dont give any contact info directly in the AOR, only at the end of the letter is the address and contact info written but also as i read it over again, they say:
we ask that you do not request a status report until AT LEAST 3 months have elapsed.....
"at least" that means that would be the earliest they MIGHT can tell you something, but doesnt mean by then they can tell you for sure, it can take longer! Basically just wait and let them contact you. It should be a good sign anyway if they dont request anything in 3-4 months and the visa should be issued soon, but if you dont hear anything in like 6 months (cause in my case they write to me it could take 7 months), i would ask for an status report.
Processing times may vary, depending upon whether any additional documentation or an interview is required, the time required for medical examinations and changes in workload at this office. If you have not received any instructions from this office within 3 months from the date of this letter, you are requested to contact this office directly.

yes i got that too, but then those 2 kinda confuse me >< then i guess it means if all goes good they should be able to tell you within 3 months and request documents or anything in that time, but if they got more work or delays of any kind, it can take longer. So at least 3 months they need for sure and maybe even longer if theres a lot work. But then i would still wait to contact them, maybe after 4 months, cause i can imagine they got more since berlin closed.
In my opinion, it is good to send JUST ONE inquiry after 3 months since AOR. No need to wait with the inquiry as they reply after 28 working days anyway... Also, I think it is better to show interest rather than being inactive... Good luck Canadavisa friends!
thats good news that means Vienna finally started some work, hope really September will be month when all u guys from january, february.. will get u PPR and the rest of us AOR and some hope )
