My wife called terra travel today. For 40 euro they take your passport to vienna and return it with visa and copr. I think we will do that

You can mail it to them in bg but i told my wife she can go drop it off in belgrade and stay with her uncle for the 2 days until they return it. They go to vienna everyday but for visas only mon-thurs. I think they travel during the night get there in the morning pick up in afternoon and drive back same day so it would be 2 nights in bg. Or drop it off cone back in 2 days pick it up

They might pick up from novi sad. But depends which way they go.

Aha, just from Belgrade and Novi Sad. I called Fedex today, their service is 8000 dinars to send and return passport, and same service with DHL costs about 13500 dinars, but in both cases they come to your adress directly.

Yeah but it will take couple weeks to get your visa. This way you get it in 1-2 days

2-3 days each way. Once your visa is ready they let you know to coordinate with dhl/fedex to come pick it up. Maybe 10-14 days

I can accept max 2 weeks. That's the problem when you live in a small town... For everything important, you have to go to the capital city.

My wife is like you she only flew once and that was for our honeymoon....so i will have to go get her. She is afraid and almost no english. So maybe we make a trip out of it to vienna and might be fun to do it together and get closure hahahaha zbogom bec
