We have to keep in mind that these numbers have no influence on upcoming processing times. I'm sure with the current speed Vienna is working at the number will decrease with the next update.
As far as I can see, other VO didn't change processing times, only Vienna increased by one month. I think that many people, whose application is in Vienna, actually complained, because their processing time expires soon or has expired already. I believe that because of that, Vienna will be very active in issuing visas in April, and in that case, they will not exceed the processing time. They cann't keep us in suspense forever! I wish all of them there in Vienna to be separate from their husband/wife for more than a year!!!

There are plenty of VOs that have increased processing times (from 22 months to 25 months was the highest one, but several others with just one month like Vienna).
