Yeah, well like I mentioned previously, I went through hell and back to get an appt to get my passport (it's scheduled may 9th). So maybe Vienna is holding off on my application until they receive a copy of it. (I am from a visa exempt country so I don't need to send them my actual passport). But we will see when they email back, I am just hoping for a speedy process like everyone else I am sure.

well, I received an email this morning from Vienna, they are asking for additional background info (addresses). but no AOR yet

Surprisingly I didnt come across with any person who is EU resident and has applied for immigration ... what i see is everyone is EU national.. ..there may be delay in process because of non-eu ... let c

this might be a good thing though. they emailed me because the info I provided was incomplete. your application is probably perfect

Nope

And kkmoe, my application better be PERFECT! I spent hours and hour with my consultant putting it together haha. But thanks that calmed me down a bit

I got my SA on March 27 and file transfer confirmation too. How much time do you think before Vienna sends us an AOR if they do or how long after would I be able to see any change in E-cas?

Ha, so far no one in 2013 ( I believe ) has gotten a second stage AOR except for namesnik. Not sure what's going on with Vienna !

looks like they just skip the AOR stage and start working on the files right away. which is nice but considering how much work and money it takes to file an application it would be nice of them to let everyone know what is happening.
