No, I didn't contact MP. I did't send e-mail from 6 Nov 2012 when they replied that they make background checks. If I will not get something this week, I'll contact my lawyer to contact Vienna.

yeah you have a very similar timeline to myself and Europe and both of our background checks took about 4 months so they should be done with yours soon too if they haven't already..in which case I guess you'll have a request for medical as well.

Sponsor i would recomend you to contact MP , they helped me a lot for me to get the information what is going own with m,y hubby file, Vienna never respond in any of my emailes to let me know that i need the military booklet ,, when MP contacted them they told that we need that document, and after 4 months i didnt hear anything , i contacted again MP , and the next hour i got theemail from MP telling that Vienna told them that we need to redo the medical , just contact them , because we had the interview same tiem , and we are in the process same period , i think we are almost done

so far I think everyone going through Vienna on this forum had to redo it (if it had expired). In a way, other than the extra money, it might actually be better then them extending it, because the extension process is not so straightforward.

What i am seeing Vienna never extend the medical , i see all of us we are asked to redo the medical , sponsor i hope they will extend your medical and to have good news soon

besides paying 300 bucks again, what I do not like about a remedical is the xray, don't they say oo many xrays is not so good for the health?

I agree with you waikiki. I don't care for the money to much, how I care about my health. We should make x-rays two times without reason.
