Hi. Did anyone have hearing after minister intervention? I had intervention in december. My hearing date is in March. They sent date 3 months before. What do you advice me?

Have you identified the concern? That will need to be addressed and the rest is about your history and reasons you need asylum. Would make sure you have reviewed your previous statements so the information you give remains consistent.

I just got the mail about my hearing. it's gonna be a short virtual hearing. The reason being "Less complex case.

should i be happy about that or is it common for cases to be like this

Does it start in the afternoon? Mine is in the afternoon. So I think it will be short too

I don't know, this is literally the first mail i get from the IRB, I've been in Canada for 2 years now

Me too. I came 2 years ago and it is my first hearing. But I mean how many days before hearing i will get my mail? My lawyer got but not me. When is your hearing?

my hearing is next month
Well if your lawyer received that info i can only assume they send it to them and not you.

I have my hearing next month and got my letter 6 weeks before.

Without a letter I would be slightly concerned that it may not be scheduled in March.
