VFS tracker interpretation!

I have submitted study permit application on 26th may and yesterday 27th june VFS
tracker showed this:-
Your Decision has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office,
Singapore on 26/06/2014 to the Canada Visa Application Centre DHAKA .
To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.

I have not got medical email or anything like this in between. What does
it mean? I am an undergraduate applicant of UBC , self-funded from Bangladesh. Education background : British patterned A levels

Your case is exactly similar to mine & if I have collected mine by now I would been able to say somerthing but for now it is more of rejection than approve

I came to this conclusion bcos nobody ever say he gets visa approve without medical advice. Hope ur application is paper one

Aren't we supposed to get a rejection email..if this message meant rejection?

Probably, except another surprise is to happen. Just get ur reapplication act ready if reasons for rejection can be quickly fixed

Do you know any case, where the outcome is not rejection?

I opened some topics to find if there any, but the only hopeful one is that medical request & pp may be sent like that sometime.

It mandatory to me to get back to the forum the outcome of my pp. Hope others will do same. Though no message yet from Lagos VAC for collection but hope to pick it this coming week.

Me and my mother both applied on same time on 11 april 2014 and we got same email like urs on 25th june went to vfs office a day later and open our envelops.... mom got her visa and mine was rejected... we cant say that this email means acceptance or rejection because i hav experienced it 2 days ago same email for both passo0ports and one got visa and the other one got rejection...... and den i re applied on 27th june 2014 yesterday ....
Good luck for ur visa none of these automated email can describe anything whats inside that envelop..
