VFS consent form for TRV

Hey guys, I have a really quick question regarding a TRV my spouse applied for. We are filling out the consent form as her brother will go in her place to deliver and pick up the passport, I wanted to know what am I supposed to fill out in the highlighted section for the VFS consent form:
I tried searching online but everyone just said skip it if you're submitting yourself however she won't be doing that, do I put her name or his?
And then would I just put his name again right under?
