I have received request to submit passports for Canada temporary residence visa (TRV). Do I need to submit one VFS consent form or three consent forms. I am assuming that I will sign the VFS consent form for my minor children (9 years and 6 years).
Any clarity on this will help.
regards
Bharat

Do I sign on behalf of my kids. I mean any one parent or both the parents?

Four years later I have the same question! Not able to find an answer.. can you please share if you signed in behalf of your kids?
You are required to have it signed by the parent who is not traveling.
In practice, no one cares to ask about it unless they get suspicious about you.
Thanks

Thank you! I called VFS and they said either of the parents can sign the form.
Hi,
I also received this and received an email from vfs as well saying:
:Consent form from all adult applicants(18 plus)"
So means no need for consent form for children under 18 years.
Hope it helps.

Hi Ankit, So what did you do? Did you submit the consent letter for children? Thanks
